BackTrust Commercial (BT Commercial Holding LLC) is a private investment firm based in Irving, Texas. We source off-market multifamily opportunities across the state and share them privately with a vetted network of investors and capital partners.
The firm was built on a simple belief: the best real estate transactions happen quietly, between people who trust each other. Broker-marketed processes have their place, but the most interesting Texas multifamily opportunities rarely pass through them.
We spend the majority of our time in owner conversations — building the relationships that, eventually, produce a private sale on terms both sides can live with. When those opportunities come together, we share them with a small, carefully assembled group of investors who share our standards.
